I’m a privately educated Contracts Consultant. I commenced my career in February 1975 with Brown & Root (UK) Ltd. (now KBR) and became a consultant in 1991. My career has taken me halfway around the world. I have worked in Norway, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Hungary, Bosnia Herzegovina, Canada, Tunisia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia. Additionally, I have enjoyed business trips to Italy, Spain, Germany and Holland. For pleasure, I have also visited France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Morocco, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. I have many interests including gardening, interior design, antiques, vintage and classic cars, steam locomotives, politics and modern history. I have stood for both local government and parliament.
