I have had a lifetime of keeping physically active and fit. In my twenties I was a member of the Royal Army Physical Training Corps, followed by 11 years working for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club as first team physio, I have had several physiotherapy practices over the years and still work part-time. I am married, Sarah and I have 5 sons between us and 9 grandchildren! I decided having recovered from Colon Cancer two years ago and been given a clean bill of health to look at a new career which I am extremely excited about as I have a very positive outlook on life.
