I have a lifetime of character pursuit, evolving who I was to feel comfortable and to belong. I have a diverse experience from many social circles where I completely changed my personality like a social chameleon. I was a faceless entity that masked themselves with the image of those around me… leaving me hollow, but gaining a wealth of social experience.
This was a double edged sword of valuable personal growth and internal suffering, which I later realized the origin of was due to my gender identity. After finally finding the answer to my emptiness I was able to feel again and communicate my bottled emotions. I would have focused on a career in acting if I could have expressed myself in the past but I was lost, lost in a sea of many faces which I bore as my own but never truly belonging in my heart.
Now I use this as a highly translatable skill for method acting, pouring myself into the character like many of the great performers we all know and love, but also able to easily bear the charterer’s story… like another mask.
BSc Engineering honors degree (1st) – 10 years of Engineering career.
This has given great translatable professional experience with leadership, retention of memory, great social skills, deep understanding of science and technology.
Multiple jobs in many industries through life from construction to catering, entertainment/tourism giving a breadth of character bases to play convincing roles in.
