I have been a yoga teacher/reiki energy & life coach since 2008, practising yoga daily. I’m passionate about dance, travel, healthy living, and fashion! I enjoy cooking nutritious food, swimming in the sea in Brighton, and regularly dancing Lindy Hop/Swing, often on Brighton Bandstand. I’ve danced Five Rhythms for over ten years, using movement and dance to heal and rebalance. Before yoga, I worked as a travel and lifestyle journalist for glossy magazines, covering luxury spas, retreats, and holiday locations. I love fashion, especially vintage and retro styles from the 1930s to the 1960s. Most days, I prefer minimal makeup, natural hair, jeans, earrings, a fitted top or a beachy dress with plimsolls. With 15+ years as a yoga teacher, I’m comfortable in front of people and the camera. My yoga training supports my modelling career, and I bring upbeat energy, a positive attitude, professionalism, and versatility to my work.
