I attended drama school at a young age and appeared in numerous local theatre productions. I am in the fitness industry and passionate about exercise. I coach 1 to 1 personal training clients and run group classes. I also have a yoga teacher training qualification. I am currently studying a nutrition course; food as medicine is a strong belief of mine.
I am sociable, down-to-earth and amicable. I enjoy being active, staying fit and healthy, and am interested in anything related to health and wellness. I’m a foodie; I love both cooking and dining out. I also love travelling, meeting new people, visiting new places, and have lived in numerous different countries. I am happiest doing yoga, spending time in nature, and following a holistic lifestyle.
