I am a sensei instructing Shotokan Karate, recently passed my 3rd DAN grading. Each Sunday I volunteer at the local hospital for the NHS, so rewarding. My other interests are playing the drums, sketching, gym. I have appeared as a Support Artist (SA), latest being a 6 part crime thriller for Sky and have promoted both volunteering and the Karate club.
